Alex, we are happy to hear that you love Jumpshare and would like to upgrade to Pro account. We have a slew of new features in our roadmap, such as, more storage, no file size limit, share files using your own custom domain, password protect your folders for extra security and sharing sensitive files, being able to preview more file formats, and much more. There are also some top secret features we are working on which I cannot disclose at the moment.


We will be rolling out new features every week, so keep an eye on our blog, follow us on Twitter or join our Facebook page.


As for timeline, we are doing our best, but you can expect the Pro accounts to be ready by either April or May.


Our document preview feature is now 3x faster and better. Can you share the document that you cannot preview on Jumpshare? We will have a look.

Right now the service is restricted to 2 GB free space. We are working to bring Pro accounts with a slew of additional features. Stay tuned!

We were having network related issues. It has been resolved now. The download link should be working again.

Saving is very easy. There is "Download" button in top-right side of the viewer. And when you are not inside a viewer, you can use "Download All" button available in shared (also called Folder) page.

This is not possible at the moment. This functionality will not only be possible once user accounts go live.

We have never encountered such a behaviour  Please try another Zip file and let me know if the problem persist. If yes, please send us the zip file so we can test it ourselves. A screenshot will help too.
