Who, exactly, has access to the uploaded files?

Only you have access to the uploaded files. The files are private, unless you choose to share with the world.

I was also curious about this, and after uploading for the first time, I started putting lower numbers on the url, and having access to other people's files. So, don't upload any sensitive information.


Other then this, the service looks very nice
